For all products that we have in inventory, we make every attempt to ship within 48 hours. For custom or special orders for items not in stock, we will require a non-refundable deposit via bank or personal check only. These orders could take 6 to 12 weeks to arrive, since all the items are handmade and shipped to us directly from Italy. Contact us for details.
Shipping costs are for standard UPS ground, Fedex Ground or USPS within the Continental United States.
Shipping rates are determined by the type and number of products in an order. Your cart will show the associated shipping cost. All kitchen towels, table runners, candles, alpaca throws and scarves, ship for a flat rate of $10 per order. All Murano Jewelry ships for a flat rate of $7.
Maximum shipping charge is $34.95 for any order above $450, unless there is an oversized object requiring special packaging. We will notify you ahead of time if this is the case. Massachusetts state residents pay applicable sales tax.

Returns and Exchanges:
We offer full refunds, excluding shipping charges, if product is returned in its original condition within 7 days of receipt. Items may be exchanged or customer can receive a store credit, excluding shipping charges, up to 30 days after customer’s receipt of merchandise.Shipping charges are not refundable. Before returning an item, you must call us for authorization at 978-546-3323 or 978-335-6111, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. No returns after 30 days of customer’s receipt of merchandise. Please use all original packaging material, and securely pack each item using the packing material and the double boxing that we used to ship your item to you. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Sale items are not returtable.
We have had very good success with our method of double boxing all orders. In the unlikely event that damage does occur, you must contact us within 5 days of receipt. Please do not accept the shipment if there is visible damage. If the damage is noticed only upon opening the boxes, please keep all packing material, take a picture of the package and the broken items and contact us within 5 days. We will file an insurance claim and replace your items.
