For all products that we have in inventory, we make every attempt to ship within 48 hours. If the item is not in stock, it can be ordered, but could take 6 to 12 weeks to arrive, since all the items are handmade and shipped to us directly from Italy. Special orders will require a non-refundable deposit.
Shipping costs for standard UPS ground or Fedex Ground within the United States (except Alaska and Hawaii) are as follows:
Orders up to $100.00 ship for a flat fee of $13.95.
Orders greater than $100.00 ship at a rate of $13.95 plus 9% of the balance between $100 and $500. No additional charges for the part of the order above $500. Maximum shipping charge is $49.95 for any order of $500 or more, unless there is an oversized object requiring special packaging. We will notify you ahead of time if this is the case. Massachusetts state residents pay applicable sales tax.
These charges include insurance and any handling fees.

Returns and Exchanges:
We offer full refunds, excluding shipping charges, if product is returned in its original condition within 7 days of receipt. Items may be exchanged or customer can receive a store credit, excluding shipping charges, up to 30 days after customer's receipt of merchandise. Shipping charges are not refundable. Before returning an item, you must call us for authorization at 978-546-3323 or 978-335-6111, or email us at email@example.com. No returns after 30 days of customer's receipt of merchandise. Please use all original packaging material, and securely pack each item using the packing material and the double boxing that we used to ship your item to you. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Sale items are not returtable.
We have had very good success with our method of double boxing all orders. In the unlikely event that damage does occur, you must contact us within 5 days of receipt. Please do not accept the shipment if there is visible damage. If the damage is noticed only upon opening the boxes, please keep all packing material, take a picture of the package and the broken items and contact us within 5 days. We will file an insurance claim and replace your items.
