Shipping:
For all products that we have in inventory, we make every attempt to ship within 48 hours.  
Shipping costs are for standard UPS ground, Fedex Ground or USPS within the Continental United States.
Shipping rates are determined by the type and number of products in an order and the shipping address.  Your cart will show the associated shipping cost.
Maximum shipping charge is $24.95 for any order above $450, unless there is an oversized object requiring special packaging. We will notify you ahead of time if this is the case. Massachusetts state residents pay applicable sales tax. Shipping to Massachusetts, Connecticut and New Hampshire is a flat rate of $12.  Free Delivery to Rockport, MA and Gloucester, MA.
These charges include insurance and any handling fees.

Returns and Exchanges:
All products are currently on FINAL CLEARANCE SALE. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ARE POSSIBLE . If a product is damaged, you must call us within 48 hours of receipt at 978-335-6111, or email us at tuscan-designs@comcast.net.   Please save all original packaging material.
We have had very good success with our method of double boxing all orders. In the unlikely event that damage does occur, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Please do not accept the shipment if there is visible damage. If the damage is noticed only upon opening the boxes, please keep all packing material, take a picture of the package and the broken items and contact us within 48 hours. We will file an insurance claim and either replace your items or issue you a refund.
